Galway looking to maintain run

Galway United will bid to maintain their unbeaten start to the season when they entertain champions Bohemians at Terryland Park this evening, kick-off 7.45pm.

Gary Deegan is ruled out for Bohs as he servers a three-match ban, while Neale Fenn remains out with a calf injury.

Bohs boss Pat Fenlon said: ”The one thing we have got to do is react to that loss (versus Cork last Friday).

“The game in Galway will be another very tough game, but the fact that it is coming so quickly is good for the players.

“Galway are a very good side and they have had some great results so far. They have some very good attacking players and we will have to perform well to get something from the game.”

United boss Ian Foster has no new injury worries for the visit of Bohemians.

Vice-captain John Russell made a successful return to action when he played in the second-half of an A Championship game against Sligo Rovers at the weekend.

Shane Fitzgerald remains out of action for another few weeks with an ankle injury, although Jason Molloy and Declan Edwards are both available after suspension.

All U-12 supporters accompanied by an adult will be admitted free to Terryland Park for this game.
