Galaxy supremo Tim Leiweke firmly declared yesterday that Beckham would return to the United States to continue his career with the Major League Soccer club on March 9 once his short-term loan spell ends with Milan, unless the Italians made a substantial increase to a reported $3m (€2.33m) offer that he rejected immediately.
