Bolton's O'Brien sidelined after knee op

Bolton striker Johan Elmander and midfielder Gavin McCann both return to the squad for tomorrow’s visit of West Ham.

Elmander, the club’s record signing last summer, has recovered from a hamstring injury while McCann is fit again after a broken toe.
