Showdown talks are top of the agenda today between Robinho and his Manchester City boss Mark Hughes, following the Brazilian’s return to the UK.

City’s £32.5m record signing left his club’s Tenerife training camp without permission last week – citing ’an urgent personal issue’ he needed to attend to in Brazil.
