Villa agree fee for Heskey

Aston Villa have confirmed they have agreed a £3.5m fee with Wigan for striker Emile Heskey.

The England player is due to arrive at the club’s training ground later today to discuss personal terms but Villa envisage no problems completing a deal subject to the 31-year-old passing a medical.
