Norwich appoint Gunn as manager
Norwich have named Bryan Gunn as their new manager until the end of the season.
Gunn, 45, has been handed the reins at Carrow Road after Glenn Roeder was sacked last Wednesday following the club’s slump to fourth from bottom in the Coca-Cola Championship table and their defeat to Charlton in the FA Cup.
Former goalkeeper Gunn was placed in temporary charge and guided the Canaries to a thumping 4-0 win over Barnsley on Saturday.
Ian Crook will join as first-team coach with John Deehan returning to the club as chief scout.
Gunn has no game at the weekend and the Canaries will next face Southampton at home next Tuesday.
