Drogheda Utd reach agreement over wages

Drogheda United have reached an agreement with their playing squad over their outstanding wages.

The players are believed to have accepted a quarter of the monies owed to them, subject to the club completing the Examinership process.

The Drogs face a January 22 date in the High Court in a bid to emerge from Examinership and come to an understanding with their other creditors.
