Bulgaria sack coach after string of poor results
Bulgaria are searching for a new international manager after sacking coach Plamen Markov.
The eastern European side, who are among Ireland's opponents in the World Cup qualifiers, are believed to be searching for a foreigner to take charge of the side.
Markov has been sacked after three disappointing draws in the opening games of Bulgaria's World Cup qualification campaign.
A recent 6-1 defeat to Serbia in a friendly intensified calls for his head.
