McGlynn out against Ramblers with thigh strain
Derry City will be looking to sign off with a win as they take on Cobh Ramblers at the Brandywell, kick-off 7.35pm.
Ramblers are effectively relegated but will be looking to finish on a high as they bid farewell to departing boss Stephen Henderson
City boss Stephen Kenny is likely to rest a few players for this meaningless league match as he prepares for the FAI Ford Cup final against Bohemians next weekend.
Gareth McGlynn is the only Derry player who will definitely miss out as he has a thigh strain.
Kenny's assistant Alan Reynolds said: "All things considered, it's been a good season.
"The players have performed well throughout the campaign, at times they have played some excellent football and hopefully we will replicate that kind of form against Cobh on Friday.
"We have had to be careful in our preparation for this game as we have the Cup final ahead of us.
"For us to have qualified for European competition next season as well retaining the League Cup for a fourth year, and to be in with a chance of winning another cup is a good return in a season that has seen players leave and new players come in."
