City aim for fourth spot

Cork City will be hoping to secure fourth place in the league when they take on Paul Cook’s Sligo Rovers at Turner’s Cross tonight, kick-off 7.45pm.

Despite having had a game midweek against St Pat’s, Cork have no fresh injuries to report.

And with Cillian Lordan having been fit enough to make the bench in Inchicore, Colin Healy (shoulder) is the only absentee through injury.

Darren Murphy returns from suspension, but fellow midfielder Joe Gamble will miss out as he begins a two-game ban.

Matthew Judge and Romould Boco are ruled out for Sligo as they have the flu.

Brian Cash and Danny Ventre are doubts as were unable to train all week due to hamstring problems.
