Ramsey starts for Wenger's Gunners

Arsenal youngster Aaron Ramsey was drafted into Arsene Wenger’s starting line-up against Fenerbahce among five changes made from the side that lost to Stoke at the weekend.

Arsenal youngster Aaron Ramsey was drafted into Arsene Wenger’s starting line-up against Fenerbahce among five changes made from the side that lost to Stoke at the weekend.

Goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski, Samir Nasri, Robin van Persie and Johan Djourou were also brought in for the Champions League clash at the Emirates Stadium.

Van Persie was a replacement for Emmanuel Adebayor, who has been ruled out for three weeks with an ankle injury, joining Bacary Sagna and Theo Walcott on the treatment table.

Fenerbahce were without playmaker Alex, who had a thigh strain, but fellow Brazilian Roberto Carlos started, as did Spain striker Daniel Guiza.
