McManus back for Celtic

Stephen McManus returns to the Celtic line-up for their SPL clash with Hearts at Tynecastle.

The Hoops skipper has recovered from a tight hamstring to replace young Irishman Darren O’Dea at the centre of defence.

Manager Gordon Strachan makes three other changes from the Co-operative Insurance Cup quarter-final win over Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Wednesday.

On to the bench go midfielders Massimo Donati, Shunsuke Nakamura and Aiden McGeady and in come Paul Hartley, Barry Robson and striker Cillian Sheridan, who partners Scott McDonald in attack with Shaun Maloney moving back to left midfield.

Hearts boss Czaba Laszlo makes two changes to the side which drew 1-1 with Aberdeen last week, both in midfield with Deividas Cesnauskis replacing Saulius Mikoliunas and Andrew Driver coming in for Ruben Palazuelos.
