UCD relegated after defeat to champions Bohemians

Champions Bohemians showed no mercy as their 25th win of the season relegated UCD to end the Students' four season stint in the top flight.

The only goal of the game came on 20 minutes when Mark Rossiter threaded a delightful ball through for the run of Brendan McGill who slid it past Matt Gregg.

Bohs had other chances in a match they dominated.

UCD did have a sniff of an equaliser on 79 minutes, but Bohs' keeper Brian Murphy saved well from Shane McFaul.
