Northern Ireland trio miss qualifier

Sammy Clingan, Stephen Craigan and Michael Duff have withdrawn from the Northern Ireland squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Slovenia and San Marino, the Irish Football Association have confirmed.

Clingan (shoulder), Craigan (pelvic) and Duff (rib) are all absent through injury and join Chris Brunt on the sidelines.

Manchester City full back Ryan McGivern has been called up with the province facing Slovenia in Maribor on Saturday.
