O'Neill set to make changes

Aston Villa manager Martin O’Neill is likely to ring the changes for tomorrow’s UEFA Cup second-leg clash with Litex Lovech at Villa Park.

O’Neill has fielded the same side for Villa’s six Premier League games and seen them climb into the top four, but the likes of James Milner, Brad Guzan, Craig Gardner, Carlos Cuellar, Zat Knight, Wayne Routledge, Isaiah Osbourne and Moustapha Salifou will come into the reckoning against the Bulgarians with Villa 3-1 up from the opening encounter.
