Car crash victim Butler out for almost a year

Sligo boss Paul Cook must plan without left-back Chris Butler who was badly injured in a car crash last weekend.

Butler broke a thigh bone and shattered his knee cap and will be out for the best part of a year.

Steve Feeney is also out injured for Sligo and remains out.

Cobh boss Stephen Henderson has a strong squad to choose from and has Greg O’Halloran back from suspension.

Colin O’Brien also returns to the Cobh squad having missed the Cork City clash last week.
