FA charge Moyes with improper conduct

Everton manager David Moyes has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association after being sent off during Sunday’s win at Stoke.

Moyes was sent to the stands by referee Alan Wiley after complaining about the match official’s failure to award a penalty for handball.
