Uncertainty still surrounds venue for Georgia clash
The venue for Ireland's upcoming World Cup qualifier against Georgia remains shrouded in uncertainty this morning.
FIFA has ordered Georgia to provide an alternative venue due to the current security situation in the former Soviet state.
The Georgian Football Federation proposed Karlsruhe as a suitable location earlier this week, but the German club say they cannot host the tie due to organisational difficulties.
There is speculation that the match could be moved to another German city or may even go ahead in Tblisi if FIFA decides that the security situation has improved sufficiently.
