No score yet in Liverpool match

There is as yet no score in the Champions League clash between Liverpool and Standard Liege.

Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez recalled Brazilian full-back Fabio Aurelio in place of Andrea Dossena for the Champions League third qualifying round second leg against Standard Liege.

That was the only change to the side that beat Middlesbrough in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday, and perhaps a reflection on how Dossena struggled against Wilfried Dalmat in the goalless first leg in Belgium a fortnight ago.

The Belgian champions, trying to reach the group stages for the first time, had American defender Oguchi Onyewu back from suspension and he came into coach Laszlo Boloni’s team.
