Joe Gamble celebrated the birth of his first child this week with his first goal of the season to give the Shed End some cheer on the week Cork City applied for examinership.

Pat Sullivan's cross was flicked on by Denis Behan for midfielder Gamble to shoot past Alan Gough.

Denis Behan sealed the win with two goals inside six minutes late on.
