Bohs on course for league and FAI double
Bohemians 1 Drogheda United 0
Glen Crowe scored a late winner to keep Bohemians on course for a league and FAI Cup double as Drogheda had two players sent off on a dramatic night at Dalymount Park.
Kick-off was delayed for almost an hour due to an electrical fault with the floodlights.
But Bohs were the only side to spark as Jamie Ewings kept Drogheda in the game with super first half saves from Jason Byrne and Mindagaus Kalonas.
Killian Brennan also hit a post in the second half before the game really exploded in the final six minutes.
Ewings was sent off for a foul on Crowe outside the box, his second booking.
Crowe then headed past replacement keeper Mikko Vilmunen from Brennan's cross from the left on 88 minutes for the only goal of the game.
Drogheda also had defender Graham Gartland sent off in the final minute for a second yellow card.
