Finn Harps were left seething as they got nothing from a rousing display as Dave Mooney scored yet again to stretch Cork's unbeaten run to seven league games.

The better side in the first half, Harps were infuriated on 33 minutes when Cork got what proved the winner from a dubiously awarded penalty.

Liam Kearney went down very easily from Michael Funston's challenge and Dublin referee Richie Winter pointed to the spot.

Mooney shot home for his 12th goal in eight games.
