Pompey strike deal with Belgians

Portsmouth have confirmed a link-up with Belgian side Zulte Waregem which could see players from Fratton Park loaned out to gain first-team experience.

Paul Hart, Portsmouth’s director of youth operations, sealed the deal with the Jupiler League side which is believed to last for three years.
