Ronaldinho to chase Olympic dream

Ronaldinho insists he will play for Brazil at the Olympic Games in Beijing next month despite Barcelona insisting the midfielder is expected to return for pre-season training on Monday.

Ronaldinho was named as an overage player in Dunga’s squad on Tuesday and has previously stated his desire to play in Beijing, but a statement posted on Barcelona’s website on Tuesday said the club expected the 28-year-old to report for training next week.
