Trezeguet to stay at Juve: Agent
Juventus star David Trezeguet will not leave the Bianconeri this summer, according to the player’s agent.
The Serie A outfit have reportedly turned down an approach from Monaco for the Frenchman, while Barcelona are thought to be ready to table an offer for the prolific hitman.
Juve are thought to be unwilling to part company with Trezeguet, who tallied 20 goals in Serie A last season, and the player’s agent, Antonio Caliendo, insists the 30-year-old has no desire to leave the Stadio Olimpico.
Caliendo told Teleradiostereo: “It would be difficult for Juventus to let Trezeguet go, even if Barcelona continue to press.
“I believe that in Turin they would only take into consideration an offer of at least 30 million (euros).
“I don’t know how much Barcelona are thinking of offering but I know, having signed a contract of four years to work for David, that the player wants to remain at Juventus.”
