Bluebirds to up Boyd offer

Cardiff are preparing to table a fresh bid for Rangers striker Kris Boyd.

The Ibrox club confirmed yesterday they had rejected an offer for the 24-year-old, widely reported to be in the region of £2.5m from the Coca-Cola Championship side.
