McClaren keen on Rovers redemption

Steve McClaren has admitted he is interested in replacing Mark Hughes at Blackburn following what he describes as the “huge failure” of his time as England manager.

McClaren, 47, has been out of work since failing to qualify England for Euro 2008 and is keen for an opportunity to return to football management.
