A brilliant goal from Fahrudin Kuduzovic was the highlight as Sligo's fourth win in five games ended Bray's seven match unbeaten run to leapfrog them to fourth place in the table.

Sligo started well and took an early on eight minutes.

Brian Cash out-jumped goalkeeper Chris O'Connor from Rafael Cretaro's cross to knock the ball on for Matt Judge to score with a looping header - his first league goal of the season.

Kuduzovic lobbed over O'Connor and wide from Judge's cross on 16 minutes before Cash should have put Rovers 2-0 up eight minutes; blazing wide after a clever free-kick involving Kuduzovic and Judge.

But Bosnian Kuduzovic made no mistake with a terrifc solo goal on 55 minutes.

Having worked a one-two with skipper Conor O'Grady, he skipped past two defenders and shot home off a post from a very acute angle.

Out-of-sorts Bray's best chance came on 80 minutes when defender Derek Foran shot against a post from captain Colm Tresson's pull-back.

But Sligo had the final say two minutes from time when right-back Seamus Coleman, played in by Kuzuzovic, placed a wonderful left-foot shot past O'Connor for his first senior goal for the club.
