New Chelsea recruit Jose Bosingwa has realised a “dream” by moving to the Premier League and has told the club’s fans he is coming to Stamford Bridge “to win titles”.
The Blues wasted no time diving into the transfer market by securing the Porto right-back’s signature for a £16.m fee only a day after missing out on the Premier League title to Manchester United.
