St Patrick’s Athletic will be hoping to stay clear at the top of the table when they take on UCD at Richmond Park tonight, kick-off 7.45pm.

Pat's have only lost once this season and are six points clear of their nearest challengers.

Boss Johnny McDonnell will be hoping to build on last week's entertaining victory over Cork City where his side grabbed a last-minute victory thanks to a Keith Fahey wonder goal.

Although, McDonnell has plenty of injury concerns heightened by the substitution of Damien Lynch early in that victory.

Lynch misses out tonight, which should see Noel Haverty slot into the back four.

Haverty came on for Lynch last Sunday and didn't look out of place despite not having started a league game this season.

Joseph Ndo, John Frost, Joe O’Cearuill, Jamie Harris and David Partridge are all still missing for Saints.

UCD will travel across the city with injury concerns of their own.

Pete Mahon may have to plan without Brian Shortall (ankle) and Alan Mahon (hip) who are both struggling with injuries.
