Celtic make defensive changes for Old Firm game

Celtic defender Gary Caldwell returned from suspension to take over from Bobo Balde for the last Old Firm derby of the season at Parkhead.

Left-back Lee Naylor recovered from injury to replace Mark Wilson while midfielder Paul Hartley came in for Massimo Donati.

Striker Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink was drafted back in to replace Georgios Samaras as the Parkhead side looked to extend their lead at the top of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League to five points.

Rangers utility player Christian Dailly moved back from midfield to deputise for suspended stopper Carlos Cuellar.

Ibrox skipper Barry Ferguson returned after a ban to slot in to his normal midfield role. Daniel Cousin replaced Jean-Claude Darcheville as Rangers’ lone striker.
