St. Pat's regained the leadership of the Premier Division in style with this demolition of abject Harps.

Saints, reeling from their two defeats to Derry, tore Harps apart in the first half and were full value for their 2-0 interval lead.

After a host of chances, Keith Fahey finally put St. Pat's in front on 26 minutes when volleying home Mark Quigley's cross.

Quigley, who had earlier hit the bar and missed two other openings, added the second a minute before the break when punishing a bad back pass by Stuart Malcolm to shoot past Gavin Cullen.

Quigley then set up strike partner Gary O'Neill to shoot home his first goal of the season to seal the points on 67 minutes.
