Carsley in contention for Toffees

Everton midfielder Lee Carsley comes into contention for the UEFA Cup match against Fiorentina at Goodison Park tomorrow.

Carsley was forced to sit out the victory over Sunderland on Sunday as he was serving a one-match ban.

Leon Osman remains doubtful with a groin strain as Everton aim to overturn a 2-0 deficit in the second leg.

James Vaughan (knee), Nuno Valente (thigh) and Manuel Fernandes (knee) are all ruled out through injury.
