Davies expects swift comeback

Aston Villa central defender Curtis Davies is optimistic his knee injury will not result in a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Davies was substituted in the closing stages of Villa’s Barclays Premier League clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage yesterday.
