Jewell angered by Mills muddle

Derby manager Paul Jewell today hit out at what he believes are inconsistencies in the transfer system.

Jewell lost out this week when he tried to get Danny Mills’ loan move from Manchester City cancelled after the former England defender was ruled out for the rest of the season.
