Richards in line for City return

England defender Micah Richards could return to Manchester City’s side for the Premier League visit of Arsenal to Eastlands tomorrow.

Richards, 19, has missed two matches over the past week due to a niggling knee problem but was named in coach Fabio Capello’s first England squad yesterday.

City missed out on Portsmouth’s Benjani Mwaruwari in the last minutes of the transfer window while new signing Ecuador international Felipe Caicedo is not expected to arrive until next week, so Darius Vassell and Daniel Sturridge should continue up front.
