Woodgate set for Spurs bow

Tottenham look set to hand new signing Jonathan Woodgate his debut in tomorrow night’s Premier League trip to Everton.

Centre-back Michael Dawson is suspended following his red card in the FA Cup defeat at Manchester United on Sunday, but Pascal Chimbonda is available again following his one-game suspension.

Striker Darren Bent (knee), Gareth Bale (foot), Benoit-Assou Ekotto (knee) and Anthony Gardner (ankle) remain sidelined, while midfielder Didier Zokora is on international duty with Ivory Coast at the African Nations Cup.
