Claderwood confirms he is staying

Aberdeen boss Jimmy Calderwood has agreed a new three-year contract at Pittodrie.

Assistant manager Jimmy Nicholl and coach Sandy Clark have also pledged their futures for the same period.

Difficulties over contract negotiations with several players had raised doubts about the future of the former Dunfermline boss, but he confirmed his decision to stay this afternoon.
