Davies to take centre stage for Bolton

Striker Kevin Davies is set to lead the line for Bolton in Sunday’s home clash against Blackburn after the departure of top scorer Nicolas Anelka.

Davies is available again following a one-match ban and Anelka’s big-money move to Chelsea has opened the door for Davies to return to his favoured centre-forward role after spending most of the season in a wide position.
