Keane still out for Spurs

Skipper Robbie Keane completes a three-match suspension for Tottenham and manager Juande Ramos again has to decide between two from three up front against Manchester City in the Carling Cup quarter-final at Eastlands.

Jermain Defoe scored Spurs' winner in the league against City nine days ago but was again only a substitute in the win at Portsmouth and has not started for Ramos since the manager's first game in October.
