Ireland fall three places in FIFA rankings

Ireland have fallen another three places in the latest FIFA world rankings following their failure to qualify for the Euro 2008 finals.

The Republic are now 35th in the rankings, three places behind Northern Ireland, who have risen four places following their impressive but ultimately unsuccessful qualification campaign.
