Savage ready for Blackburn

Robbie Savage is set to complete his rapid comeback from a knee operation by declaring himself fit for Blackburn’s Barclays Premier League trip to Fulham on Sunday.

The Wales midfielder went under the surgeon’s knife less than three weeks ago but has made a quicker than expected recovery and is likely to go straight back into boss Mark Hughes’ starting line-up.
