Fletcher out for depleted Wales
Depleted Wales have been hit by even more injury problems as they prepare to face Germany in Frankfurt tomorrow in their final Euro 2008 qualifier.
Experienced midfielder Carl Fletcher limped out of training today with a foot injury, having struggled with the same injury on Saturday during the 2-2 draw with the Republic of Ireland.
And, although Freddy Eastwood has trained, he is considered doubtful for the match in the Wald Stadium with a groin injury.
Wales were initially without Craig Bellamy and Gareth Bale and have also lost Jason Koumas to suspension.
Carl Robinson picked up a serious ankle ligament injury against the Republic and did not travel to Germany.
Robert Earnshaw, suffering from a virus for much of last week, has trained with the squad but is considered well short of match fitness.
Lewin Nyatanga (groin) and Sam Ricketts (banned) both return to the squad.
Wales probable side: Hennessey (Wolves), Gunter (Cardiff), Nyatanga (Barnsley), Collins (West Ham), Gabbidon (West Ham), Ricketts (Hull), S Davies (Fulham), Ledley (Cardiff), Crofts (Gillingham), Edwards (Luton), Easter (Plymouth).
Subs from: Price (Derby), Morgan (Peterborough), Eardley (Oldham), A Davies (Nottingham Forest), Cotterill (Wigan), Earnshaw (Derby), Eastwood (Wolves), Tudor Jones (Swansea), Evans (Wrexham).
