Sunderland defender out for six weeks

Sunderland defender Nyron Nosworthy will be out of action for up to six weeks after tearing his hamstring against Newcastle on Saturday.

The 27-year-old former Gillingham player suffered a grade two tear which will take between four and six weeks to heal.
