Mourinho could be right for Barca - Ferrer

Former Chelsea full-back Albert Ferrer has backed Jose Mourinho to become the next coach of Barcelona if the Catalan giants eventually part company with current boss Frank Rijkaard.

Barca president Joan Laporta today claimed he is confident Rijkaard can improve the team’s woeful away form – - they have won just once on their travels in the league all season – which is threatening to hamper their hopes of regaining the Primera Liga title.
