McLoughlin grabs late consolation for Sligo

Alan Cawley scored against his home town club to give Bray the perfect start as they comfortably confirmed their Premier Division status for next season.

The opening goal came on four minutes when the ex-Leeds midfielder left fly from just outside the area and his powerful shot beat Rovers' keeper Tomislav Arcaba all ends up.

Poor defending gifted Bray their second goal on 12 minutes. Patrick Kavanagh did well down the right to cross and Jay O'Shea headed home off a post.

Ross McLaughlin gave Sligo some consolation when shooting home four minutes from time.
