Blues confirm player's brother kidnapped

Birmingham have confirmed that the brother of their Honduran midfielder Wilson Palacios has been kidnapped.

The on-loan player’s 15-year-old sibling, Edwin Rene, was snatched in the central American country and police are attempting to secure his release.
