Longford and Waterford prepare for relegation six-pointer
Longford Town and Waterford United go head-to-head in tonight's eircom League of Ireland Premier Division clash at Flancare Park (kick-off 8.00pm).
This televised six-pointer should attract a large crowd to Flancare with both sides looking to avoid the drop to the First Division.
Longford will be without Dave Brennan who is suspended, while Dave Freeman remains out for the rest of the season.
Mark Rutherford is carrying a knock and is rated as doubtful for tonight's clash and Jamie Duffy is also carrying a knock.
The Blues have been buoyed by their recent win over Derry City and manager Gareth Cronin welcomes back David Breen from suspension, while Dave Mulcahy is also back in contention.
Kenny Browne returns to the squad following a lengthy layoff through injury.
However, the United boss will be without Robert Brosnan, who had his contract terminated by the club during the weekend.
