Campbell tipped to replace Terry

England skipper John Terry was the only absentee from training this morning as Steve McClaren’s squad were put through their paces in a final training session before tomorrow’s Euro 2008 encounter with Estonia at Wembley.

Terry has already been ruled out of the game after picking up a knee injury on Wednesday.
