Rangers wait on striker

Rangers manager Walter Smith admits he is unlikely to risk Jean-Claude Darcheville in tomorrow’s testing Champions League clash against French champions Lyon.

The pacy striker was given little chance of making the Stade Gerland clash after pulling up with a hamstring injury in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Motherwell, just 10 minutes after coming on as a half-time substitute.
